Second grade students at LPS each designed a float to present at school during the "Balloons Over Broadway" parade. Students learned about Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and created their own version of a float. Students in all grades sat in the hall as the second grade students paraded by with their float. Everyone enjoyed seeing the creative floats! Great job, Second Grade!

Our Kindergarten DLI Classes learned about and celebrated Día de los muertos on November 1 & 2. Students shared photos of their loved ones who are no longer with us. We made an ofrenda/alter to honor them. We also made calavera/sugar skull masks and cookies.
All the kindergarten students wrote what they like to do in the fall. We ❤️ reading about all the fun activities they enjoy!
