LCSC REGISTRATION DATES 

2013-2013 SCHOOL YEAR

• Kindergarten Students that did NOT pre-register must bring items below:
• Original birth certificate (NOT the birth record)
• Social Security card
• Immunization records
• Court/Custody documents if applicable

Even though you have pre-registered your new kindergartner, you will still be required to attend one of the three final registration dates listed bellow prior to the start of the 2013-2014 school year.  Registration dates as follows:

• Tuesday, July 23, 2013            8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, July 24, 2013        8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
• Thursday, July 25, 2013           8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

During this process you will need to bring payment with you to cover textbook rental fees, student kindergarten packet fees, lunch account fees, milk & cooking fees. Specifics on payment are as follows:

• CASH ONLY for cafeteria lunch accounts, milk for snack & cooking fees will be paid to the child's classroom teacher including all field trips CASH ONLY. There are no exceptions (NO CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THESE LISTED ITEMS)
• CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR CASH to pay textbook rental fees & K-Packet fees will be accepted
