* For substitute teacher applicants, please come to the Administration Office to complete an application. Once we receive all forms, our business office will process the background check for you, (there is a $28.00 fee which the applicant is required to pay) and mail it to you with an Application for Indiana Substitute Teaching Permit. You may then follow the instructions on the application and forward both documents to the IDOE. After processing your application, they will mail your permit to us. We will copy and forward the original to you once received, and your name will be added to the sub-list.
